Google GenAI Training: Applying Responsible AI Principles Free Google Generative AI Training GenAI Skills AI Ethics

Google is offering several new, free generative AI (GenAI) training courses on its Google Cloud Skills Boost training portal. Responsible AI: Applying AI Principles with Google Cloud is 8 hours in length and just requires a free Google or Google Cloud Skills Boost account to take. The course will cover the concepts of what responsible and ethical generative artificial intelligence is, and how to apply GenAI Responsible AI Principles within your organization.

Participants who complete the free course will receive an “Applying AI Principles with Google Cloud” completion badge that can be shared across social media or professional networks like LinkedIn.

The course is introductory in difficulty level and is ideal for anyone from a software engineer or business analyst trying to gain exposure to generative AI fundamentals.

Responsible AI: Creating AI Principles for Your Organization

Topics cover a wide range of key areas for responsible and ethical AI principles, including:

  • The Business Case for Responsible AI
  • AI’s Technical Considerations and Ethical Concerns
  • Creating AI Principles

As more customers and enterprises seek to deploy generative AI solutions in their environments, doing so responsibly and accounting for concerns such as model bias, dataset integrity, and explainable AI outputs are crucial to understand.

The course is part of Google’s broader free generative AI training path entitled, “Introduction to Generative AI Learning Path”, which features over 32 hours of training material.

Additional free advanced training content is available for Google generative AI solutions and concepts such as large language models, image generation, image captioning models, and encoder-decoder architecture.
